How will your organization use this partnership?

1. Authorized use. The organization will use partner access only for legitimate beneficiary requests and will not share its access code outside authorized personnel.
2. Accuracy and consent. The organization will submit accurate information, obtain the beneficiary's informed permission, and upload pictures only with authorization.
3. Privacy and safeguarding. The organization will collect only necessary information, protect beneficiary data, and promptly report safeguarding or privacy concerns.
4. Review and availability. Hope Without Frontiers may verify submissions, request supporting information, decline requests, or suspend access. Enrollment and submission do not guarantee assistance.
5. Responsible conduct. The organization will not use the service for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or exploitative activity.
6. Term and withdrawal. Either party may end participation. Responsibilities concerning confidential information continue after access ends.
